Circle & Dealers Spaces

Circle & Dealers Spaces are spaces where you can display and distribute your creative works featuring animals and furry fandom, as well as take commissions and conduct business discussions. This space will provide great opportunities for direct communication between dealers and attendees.

The Circle & Dealers Spaces is not only for merchandise sales. We would like to invite you to use Circle & Dealers Spaces as a place to showcase or promote your skills and specialties and your future projects.

For example as a place of…

  • Fursuit Commissions
  • Illustration Commissions
  • Exhibition of illustrations, stuffed animals, and other works
  • Promotion of self-made games
  • Information desk for various events and meetings

Booth Application

Prior to applying for Circle & Dealers Spaces, pre-registration for OFFF2024 is required.
Please fill out the Circle & Dealers Spaces Application Form and submit it within the application period.

If you are applying for a single day, please select the date to run your booth while applying.
If the number of applications exceeds the maximum, exhibitors will be selected by lot for each day.

Before applying, please thoroughly check the application form of Circle & Dealers Spaces.

<Circle-cut>
A Circle-cut will be required when applying for a booth.
We will announce circle-cuts with registered information of dealers on the website.

Please use the official template (download: PSD/PNG).

  • Size: 80mm * 30mm (resolution: 300 dpi)
  • File format: PSD/PNG (with transparency information retained)
  • File Name: The same name as the “Name of your booth” you are applying with.

Do not draw or write anything over the frame line ( the “サークルカット枠” layer in PSD file). Images outside the frame will be trimmed.

Please clearly indicate the “Name of your booth” that you are applying with, in wherever on your circle-cut. Recommended font size is bigger than 6pt.

Before submitting your circle-cut in PSD format, please merge all layers in one.

Any circle-cut submitted not following requirements above will be returned for correction.

*We may adjust the circle-cuts in order to display them on the website and such, which may result in changes in coloring and other details.

Notes

  • Please take care of your merchandise and other belongings before and during event hours by yourselves.
  • OFFF will not be responsible for any theft or damage.
  • Please properly dispose of any trash you may make. OFFF will not collect any of them.
  • We will not accept any work or merchandise that is not in accordance with the capacity of the venue or booth.
  • Resale is prohibited.
  • Distribution of food products is prohibited.
  • For adult contents, please refer to the guidelines of “Adult Contents” below.
  • Dealers may bring beverages with lids and drink them as long as they are in their own booths (Other attendees are not allowed to eat or drink in the venue).
  • OFFF Executive Committee will not be responsible under any circumstances for any damage or injury to persons/property caused to dealers or their related parties.
  • Dealers shall immediately compensate for any and all damages to buildings/facilities in and around the venue, regardless of whether the damage was caused by the intentional or unintentional actions of them or their related parties.
  • OFFF Executive Committee will not be responsible for any conflict between the dealers and third parties regarding the merchandise or services.
  • Dealers shall settle or handle such disputes at their own expense and responsibility, and shall not interfere with the operation of OFFF.
  • In case of any damage to OFFF caused by the dispute, the dealer shall immediately compensate for the damage.

Indication of publishing information

You need to indicate publishing information at the last page of doujinshi or somewhere noticeable for recorded media works.

Following information is required to be indicated.

  • Date of publication
  • The name of the author or the author team
  • Contact information (e-mail address)*1
  • The name of the publisher (if the work was produced through a printing company, regardless of the printing method, such as offset or on-demand printing).

*1 Social networking services are not valid due to the possibility of account suspension or ban.

The OFFF Executive Committee will check all work pieces (booklets, recording media, etc.) at the beginning of the event, and will ask you to submit samples. The submitted samples will not be returned.

Any contents judged as slanderous or offensive to public order and/or others will not be allowed to be displayed or sold.

Adult-oriented works

  • If you wish to distribute or sell adult-oriented works, all members in the booth must be adults (18 years of age or older). Otherwise, your booth will be prohibited to distribute or sell adult-oriented works.
  • All adult-oriented works must be clearly labeled* as it has adult contents on its cover, packaging, etc.
  • The expression of genitalia or sexual intercourse, etc. may need to be censored.
  • *Please use the “adult-oriented” or “18 prohibited” symbols, etc.
  • Filmed adult-oriented works (either of photography or videography) are not allowed to be distributed or sold at this event.
  • Filmed works with excessive exposure of human skin or similar ideas will also not be allowed to be distributed even if they are not for adults.
  • The OFFF Executive Committee will not conduct age verification.
  • Therefore, dealers have to make sure to verify visitors’ ages when distributing or showing your adult-oriented works. Dealers must not distribute or show their adult-oriented works to minors in the same way as at the Comic Market.
