About the Venue

Q: What time do you accept same-day participation?
A:The reception time is May 18, 11:00-16:00. Please note that it is not possible to fursuit in the event in costume on the day of the event.

Q: Do OFFF participants need a KEMOKET pamphlet to enter KEMOKET?
A: You need to buy it.

Q:How do I issue a participation certificate?
A: Please prepare your smartphone with the login to the OFFF portal site completed. Use your smartphone to read the QR code posted at the OFFF venue for ticketing and access the website displayed. Then, a participation certificate will be issued from the printer located at the destination of the QR code you have read, and you will be able to enter the venue.

Q: How are videos posted on social networking sites and live-streamed?
A: What is prohibited by the venue is the live streaming and commercial use of the videos taken.
If the video is not for commercial use, it can be posted on social networking sites.
(Please check with the venue to determine if the video you wish to publish is commercial or not).

Q: Where can I do fursuiting?
A: The fursuiting areas are shown in the following images:

Q: Which is the nearest station, Trade Center Mae or Nakafuto?
A: Both “Trade Center-mae” and “Nakafuto” stations are equally close to the venue. However, to prevent congestion with Kemoket participants on the 19th, please use the “Nakafuto” station.

Q: Can general participants (without fursuits) wear ears or tails?
A: Wearing ears, tails, etc. inside the venue is permitted. However, please refrain from wearing full-face masks, fursuit heads, or any attire that obscures your true face outside the OFFF venue, including the outdoor photo area. While there are no specific rules for wearing them outside, please be considerate of other commercial facilities and visitors in public area.

Q: Can I use the electrical outlets for fans and charging?
A: The venue electrical outlets require installation,
participants should not use them.

Q: Hall B on Day 2 is open to the public for attention, but is Hall B on Day 1 free to use?
A: Hall B on Day 1 is for traffic only as the venue is not rented,
Please do not use it for filming, dancing, group sitting, etc.

Q: Is the stage free to be used by participants during the time it is not in use for the project?
A: All stages are not to be used for any purpose other than management planning.

Q: How do I get to the venue?
A: We recommend coming from Nakafuto Station.
There is no designated parking lot, please use a nearby parking lot.

Q: Last year, merchandise sales were only available through electronic payment, but what will happen this year?
A: Electronic payment will be available again this year.

QWhat is the waiting line like before the doors open?
Wait outdoors until 09:30. Wait in front of reception until 10:00.

Q:What time can I enter? What time is the reception?
A: Registration will start at 10:00 on both days.
Entrance to the museum will be at 9:30.
Until then, please wait at the entrance of Hall C.

Q: Is there a headless room?
A: We are sorry, but we do not have a room for this event,
If you are not feeling well or have any problems, please notify our staff immediately and we will take you to the first aid room.

Q: I lost my participation certificate.
A: Please inform our staff and we will take care of it immediately.

Q: Are musical instruments allowed to be brought in? Can they be carried around in the venue?
A: You are welcome to bring musical instruments into the venue. However, please refrain from bringing large instruments such as drum sets or marimbas, and playing them outside of the Music Lounge.

Q: Can I distribute flyers?
A: Flyers, advertisements, etc. can be placed in the venue. Please bring them to the main desk on the day of the event.


About registration

Q: I haven’t received confirmation or payment completion emails. What should I do?
A: Please be aware that notifications may not have been successfully sent due to system errors or other reasons. If your registration and payment information are listed on the portal site, your registration has been successfully completed.

Q: I haven’t received the QR code. What should I do?
A: QR codes will be available at the venue during registration and can be scanned using your smartphone or other device. Therefore, we will not be sending them to you in advance.

Q: I plan to attend both days. Can I leave my luggage in the changing room for Day 1
A: You are not allowed to leave your luggage in the changing rooms and need to take them back by the closing time.

Q: Is it possible to participate on the Day 2 without pre-registration?
A: Participation on the Day 2 without pre-registration is not possible.

Q: When will refunds for cancellations be processed?
A: We cannot provide you with a specific timeframe for the refund process, as it varies depending on the financial institution you use. Generally, your financial institution will refund your money within approximately one to two months after your cancellation. However, please note that according to the terms and conditions, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 19th.

About the Dealers booths

Q: Do the participation certificate dogs and tigers have any significance?
A: In order to determine when to distribute adult content, the dog pattern is a marker for minors and the tiger pattern is a marker for adults.


About the Fursuit

Q: Is there a limit of one fursuit per person?
A: Each person can bring only one fursuit into the changing room. Therefore, it is possible to bring different fursuits on Day 1 and Day 2. Additionally, bringing multiple fursuits per day is allowed if they are stored outside the venue and swapped each time.

Q: Can fursuits’ attendants enter the changing room?
A: Attendants can also enter the changing rooms.

Q: Are there any rules for getting together and taking pictures?
A: Please do not obstruct traffic, use walls, etc., and use common sense.
If there is heavy congestion, please disperse promptly after listening to the warnings of staff and volunteers.

Q: Can I wear a fursuit and hand out candy?
A: Please do not distribute food and beverages to an unspecified number of people in the event, other than exhibitors in the Circle & Dealer’s Space.

Q: Where should I put my fursuit?
A: Please leave your fursuit in the changing rooms,
Please do not leave them out, but put them in their cases each time you put them on or take them off, and please be considerate of your surroundings.

Q: Can I borrow another person’s fursuit or lend a fursuit for someone else?
A: Participants with fursuit are free to borrow and lend their fursuits to each other.


About the Events/Stage

Q: I only participated on Day 1, can I participate in the raffle?
A: For those who did not participate in the second day of the event, there will be an outside reception desk for the charity raffle starting at 3:30 p.m,

Q: I found out after the raffle that I won, can I exchange it?
A: We are sorry, but only those who were able to give an immediate response at the raffle will be able to exchange their stubs for prizes.

Q: Is it possible to record individual dances or performances (not events) at the venue?
A: On Day 1 (18th) only, Hall C can be used when there are no scheduled projects, but please note that the stage will not be available. If you wish to use specific spaces for recording purposes, please inquire at the main desk or speak with nearby staff.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of participants for Fresh Dance Challenge?
A: While there is no limit to the number of participants, please note that if there is a large number of participants, they may not all be captured by the official camera.


About outdoor shooting

Q: How do I shoot outdoors?
A: At the Outdoor Photography Reception Desk.
Read and sign the Outdoor Photography Pledge.
Receive your outdoor photography permit.
I put the permit in the name holder for myself and my character.
Before you leave, write your attendee HN and your costumed character’s HN in the Outing Notebook.

Q: Is it okay to treat other non-OFFF customers outdoors?
A: Please refrain from active actions from the OFFF participants to people outside the participants.
Please respond only when there is an action from the other side.

Q: How about if multiple people would like to attend with one fursuit?
A: It is possible to have more than one attendant per fursuit. When assigning attendants, we request that each attendant reads and signs the Outdoor Photography Permit Agreement. In this case, you can place one or more outdoor photo shooting permits in the holder of your character’s name.
