OFFF2026 Registration and Cancellation Policy
This policy establishes the terms and conditions for registration, cancellation, and refunds for Osaka Furry Fun Festa 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “OFFF2026”).
By completing the registration process, attendees are deemed to have agreed to the contents of this policy.

[About Payments]
Pre-Registration
Pre-registration will be processed through Peatix.
Please enter the required information on the Peatix pre-registration page and complete the payment procedure according to the instructions provided.
Payment methods available on Peatix include credit cards, PayPal, convenience store payments, ATM payments, and other payment methods provided by Peatix.

※Payments for pre-registration are processed through the payment system provided by Peatix.
※The OFFF Organizing Committee does not store or retain attendees’ payment information such as credit card details.
On-Site Registration
On-site registration will be available at the reception desk at the venue on the day of the event.
The following payment methods are accepted:
・Credit card payment (processed through Square payment services)
Accepted brands: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
・Cash payment
※Credit card payments for on-site registration are processed through Square’s payment service.
※The OFFF Organizing Committee does not store or retain attendees’ credit card information.
[Cancellation Procedures for Registration]
Cancellation of Pre-Registration
Cancellations of pre-registration are accepted only through the cancellation procedure available within the Peatix system.
Cancellation requests submitted through other methods (such as contact forms or email) will not be accepted.
The cancellation time will be determined based on the time the cancellation is completed on Peatix.

Cancellation of On-Site Registration
On-site registrations cannot be cancelled once the registration has been completed.
[Refund Policy for Pre-Registration]
If pre-registration is cancelled, a refund will be issued after deducting the applicable fees from the amounts listed below.
Refunds will be processed through the Peatix payment system and returned to the payment method used at the time of registration.
Cancellation by July 1, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (JST): 100% of the payment amount
Cancellation from July 2, 2026 (Thu) 00:00 to July 8, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (JST): 60% of the payment amount
Cancellation on or after July 9, 2026 (Thu) 00:00 (JST): No refund
※Regardless of attendance, fees paid for on-site registration are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
[Refund Policy for Dealer Booths]
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable fees from the amounts listed below.
Refunds will be processed through the Peatix payment system and returned to the payment method used at the time of registration.
Cancellation by July 1, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (JST): 100% of the payment amount
Cancellation from July 2, 2026 (Thu) 00:00 to July 8, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (JST): 60% of the payment amount
Cancellation on or after July 9, 2026 (Thu) 00:00 (JST): No refund
[In the Case of Event Cancellation]
The event may be cancelled before or during the event due to natural disasters, epidemics, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers.
If the event is cancelled, the pre-registration fee will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses.
Please note that the refund process may take some time to complete.
※Regardless of whether the event is held or cancelled, on-site registration fees and donations are non-refundable.
