Charity Raffle

The Charity Raffle is a raffle program organized by the OFFF Organizing Committee for the purpose of charity.
As the kemono genre continues to grow, many of you may feel that the scope of your activities has been expanding as well.
However, we believe it is important not only to share and enjoy these activities, but also to remember that they are made possible through our connections and cooperation with the society around us.
For this reason, OFFF will be holding a charity raffle to support animal welfare activities in Osaka Prefecture, where the event is held. These activities aim to help realize a society where people and animals can live together, and to achieve zero animal culling.

For the Charity Raffle, works generously donated by supporting creators will be offered as prizes. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Osaka Prefecture Animal Welfare Management Fund.
We hope that, through everyone’s support, both the kemono genre and the environment surrounding animals can continue to grow and improve together.

【What Is the Osaka Prefecture Animal Welfare Management Fund?】

The Osaka Prefecture Animal Welfare Management Fund was established by Osaka Prefecture. It is used for various animal welfare programs with the goal of realizing a society where people and animals can live together, and achieving zero animal culling.

This fund supports initiatives aimed at reducing the number of animals taken into shelters and helping more animals find new families. The following activities are carried out through the fund:
Programs for cats without owners: Commissioning spay/neuter surgeries for stray cats, lending capture cages, and creating educational booklets to promote proper animal care.
“Connecting” people and animals matching program: Operating a dedicated website that allows owners who can no longer care for their pets to search for new families themselves.
Multi-animal household support program: Providing spay/neuter surgeries, dispatching specialists, and coordinating with welfare departments to provide daily-life support in order to help prevent multi-animal household collapse.
Adoption promotion program: Providing training by professional trainers to help shelter dogs adjust to life in a home.
Animal care and management support program: Providing physical and emotional care toward adoption through treatment at animal hospitals and temporary fostering at volunteer homes.
Emergency animal protection program: In cases where an animal’s life is at risk, animals are urgently rescued and cared for in cooperation with partner organizations.

Through these efforts, Osaka Prefecture works to protect animal lives and build a society where people and animals can live together in a better way.
