Regulations for outdoor

Allowed times for being outdoors

1st Day: 12:00~18:00
2nd Day: 11:00~17:00

  • When taking photos outdoors, please be sure to have a fursuit handler/attendant with you.
  • Maximum of one character per handler/attendant.
  • Please register at the outdoor photography reception together with your handler/attendant.
  • In the case of rain, the event will be canceled. (This decision will be made by the management.)

Accessible Area

  • Please enter and exit only through the designated entrances and exits. (Entrance C side exit)
  • Entering commercial facilities, ferry terminal buildings, and parking lots while in fursuit is prohibited.
  • Changing clothes in the restrooms of commercial facilities is prohibited. Please be sure to change clothes only in the OFFF changing room.
  • Please do not go outside the facility (public roads, stations, access decks, etc.).

From 11:00 to 12:30 on May 19th, you will not be able to be in fursuit outside of the area shown on the map, nor take pictures.
During this time, that outside area will be used by Kemoket management. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to prevent congestion, accidents, and troubles. Furthermore, opening hours may change depending on how crowded the facility is.

Appearance

Copyrighted characters, highly revealing characters, and other costumes imitating real organizations are not allowed to participate in the outdoor walk.

Behaviour and Conduct

  • From the time you depart to the time you return, the handler/attendant and character must be together.
  • If asked by the general public, please let them know that this is a hobby event.
  • If you are a handler/attendant, please be careful of your surroundings when taking pictures of the fursuiter.
  • Fursuiters should stay close to the handler/attendant.
  • Please do not address the public yourself.
  • It is prohibited to distribute items such as cards and sweets to general users.
  • Occupying chairs and benches in the outdoor space for long periods of time, sitting on the floor, and lying down are prohibited.
  • When taking a group photo, please refrain from occupying space for a long time (more than 5 minutes).
  • Leaning over fences near the beach or water, climbing on trees, unstable structures, or other areas that are not scaffolding is prohibited.
  • Do not engage in strenuous movements such as dancing or running.
  • Please promptly follow the instructions of facility staff and security guards.
  • If you have a problem with a member of the public, please report it to the staff immediately.
  • In addition, if our staff determines that you are engaging in dangerous behavior or behavior that is a nuisance to the general public, we may issue a warning or instruct you to cancel your outdoor walk.

About taking photos

  • If a member of the public asks to take a photo, please cooperate with taking a commemorative photo.
  • General facility users and customers are our top priority. It is prohibited to take photos blocking aisles or equipment.
  • When taking photos, please take care to avoid the members of public will not appear in the photos.
  • Please do not take pictures while wearing a costume.
  • The use of large photographic equipment such as tripods and light stands is prohibited. (Dimensions should be within 2m)
  • The use of excessively large telephoto lenses (35mm equivalent: 500mm or more) is prohibited.
  • The use of selfie sticks is prohibited.
  • Please prepare photography equipment, props, etc. at the shooting location and pack them away when moving to a new location.
  • Photography inside commercial buildings is prohibited.
  • Video distribution/streaming/posting on YouTube, NicoNico Douga, TwitCasting, etc., are prohibited.
  • When posting photos on the Internet, such as on social networks, please edit them so that faces of the general public cannot be recognized.

If the above conditions are not followed, the party will be prohibited from participating in future outdoor walks.
