Overview

The Play Desk is a pre-application-based program area that can be used flexibly for small group activities such as social meetups, card games, board games, game tournaments, discussions, planning sessions, photography talk, and more.

Space consisting of 4 tables combined (Table size: W1800 × D600 mm × 4)
※If you wish to use multiple spaces, availability will be confirmed after selection.

Time Slots 【30 minutes to 2 hours for each program】
※Programs requesting 2 hours 30 minutes or longer may require additional coordination.
※Setup and teardown must be included within the allocated time.

※If the number of applications exceeds available slots, assignments will be determined by lottery.
※An alternative time slot may be proposed depending on application conditions.
※If slots become available due to same-day cancellations, they may be offered for on-site use.

Equipment and Conditions

Power: Not available
Display equipment (monitors, etc.): Not available
Audio: Acoustic instruments, dance music, and background music are permitted. (Sound levels may need to be adjusted during crowded periods.)
Due to venue restrictions, band-style performances using electric instruments (including amplifiers) are not permitted.

On-Site Operations

Please do not form lines that block walkways or occupy space in a way that interferes with others. During busy periods, attendees are expected to share the space and be considerate of others.
Please do not reserve seating by leaving belongings unattended.
If disruptive behavior (such as aggressive solicitation, harassment, or unauthorized photography) is observed, the organizers may issue warnings, request relocation, or suspend the activity.
