
Overview
The Meetup Area is a pre-application-based program space where attendees can host activities such as fursuit group photos, presentations, talk sessions, and game tournaments.
All submissions will be reviewed, and the organizers may request adjustments to the format, schedule, or setup of a program based on considerations such as safety, traffic flow, and sound levels.

※Programs requesting 1 hour 30 minutes or longer may be subject to additional coordination.
※Setup and teardown must be included within the allocated time slot.

Intex Osaka, Hall 2, Meetup Area (Approximately 12.5m × 12.5m for each)

Equipment and Facilities
Projector: Available
Computer Monitor: May be available in limited quantities (subject to program content and coordination)
Power: Access to standard electrical outlets
Audio: Acoustic instruments, dance music, and background music are permitted. (Sound levels may need to be adjusted during crowded periods.)
Due to venue restrictions, band-style performances using electric instruments (including amplifiers) are not permitted.

If the number of applications exceeds the available slots, programs will be selected by lottery.
Depending on the number and timing of applications (e.g., concentration in certain time slots), an alternative time slot may be proposed depending on scheduling and availability.
On-Site Operations
A designated program representative must be present during the program.
For programs expected to draw large crowds, please follow staff directions for queueing.
If the program representative is not present at the scheduled start time, the slot may be reassigned to another program or to on-site use.
Disruptive behavior such as excessive noise, obstruction of passageways, aggressive solicitation, or harassment is not permitted.
If the organizers or staff determine that a program is inappropriate, they may issue a warning, suspend the program, or ask participants to leave.
